Beau logement bien situé

Pros: Très bon emplacement. Logement propre, joli, agréable et spacieux. Climatisation très appréciée. Bien équipé dans l'ensemble.

Cons: Equipement de la cuisine à compléter: un couteau de cuisine, une essorreuse à salade. A partir du vendredi soir, voisins très bruyants avec musique jusqu'à 3h du matin. Un chien qui repond à la musique en aboyant sur une terrasse voisine. Dommage

Bel appartement tout confort idéalement situé

Pros: Emplacement idéal à 2 pas du port et des restaurants, du départ du petit train pour la citadelle et des bateaux pour les promenades en mer. Appartement confortable, élégant, propre et très calme même la nuit alors qu'il est à côté du centre animé. La terrasse donne sur une roche ce qui a beaucoup de cachet. Le stationnement en sous-sol est facile d'accès, c'est un vrai plus. L'accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes a été très appréciable.

Cons: La terrasse bien que jolie est difficilement utilisable : elle donne sur une paroi rocheuse dont tombent en permanence de la poussière de pierre et des débris végétaux. Il y a de plus beaucoup de moustiques, même ouvrir les fenêtres est difficile, heureusement qu'il y a un climatiseur pour l'été.
