L'Escale

Comfortable, well-situated and with a great view

Pros: A great room, part of an apartment with shared bathroom (with one other room) and access to a fridge and kitchen etc. Modern, with a great view. Central to the harbour and an easy stroll to onward transport (ferry and buses); great bars, restaurants and shops; and the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Ideally I would prefer not to share a bathroom, but it was always free (and clean) when I needed it and I hardly noticed the other room’s inhabitants!

Pros: Bed was massive and comfy. Location excellent, although entrance a bit out of the way.

Cons: Shared kitchen facilities supplied, but then signs saying no eating… bit confusing?

Pros: Basic but clean and great location. All we needed for one night

Pros: Everything was good, a lovely stay at l'escale.

Pros: The location is perfect as well as the atmosphere of the apartment. The view of the marina is amazing

Great accomodation in the heart of marina

Pros: Location: At the port, next to the bus station; marina view. High-quality equipment. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Nothing. I just wish we’d stay overnight. Had to check-out earlier due to ferry cancelation.

Pros: Super nice appartment with balcony with view over the harbour.

Cons: Quite expensive. The reception is hidden inside a bar at a different address.

Pros: I liked everything very much! I will gladly come there again next time. Ideal conditions, the sweetest French aunt-owner and workers, a beautiful port town, everything is fast and unobtrusive. Bonifacio left only pleasant impressions, the best city in Corsica!

Great place, lovely people, good restaurant. Excellent location.

Pros: Very Good Location. I really liked staying here. Paid car park was nearby

Cons: Access was a bit difficult. You have to walk up the busy road and there is no footpath

Pros: Very good view from hotel looking ove the bay full of yachts and boats in bonafacio marina good quality restaurants good food good beer

Cons: Nothing to not like
