Hôtel A Stretta

Pros: Really spacious apartment in the centre of town. Well equipped, clean and new. Comfortable beds as well!

Pros: The people at the reception desk were friendly and very helpful.

Pros: Very clean, very well equipped, very well located (right in the centre of town), with secure parking, lovely staff, yummy breakfast.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Decent room space and setup, staffs are helpful.

Lovely friendly hotel, close to all amenities.

Pros: The room and balcony overlooked the port and busy main road which I loved. The owner clearly loves his job and was very happy to help with directions and breakfast requests

Cons: - Door to my room was difficult to lock/unlock. - Walls quite thin as could hear the persons movements in the room next door.

Absolutely great.

Pros: The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a good selection. We were offered a cooked breakfast if we wanted it which was a nice touch. The location was more central and therefore busier than I had expected but, having said that, there was a great atmosphere and if you wanted quiet, the highly effective balcony doors kept traffic noise out. The balcony itself was a generous size as was the room itself and the bathroom. The aircon was superb - easy to control and super effective. Also, the hotel, being central, meant easy access to all the harbour front restaurants and shops. I actually wished we'd spent another night or two there.

Cons: Finding the place wasn't quite as easy as I'd anticipated and not helped by the narrow one-way system along the front. We ended up finding a free vacant parking space a little way away and double checking on foot first how to get to the small car park at the rear of the hotel. There are enough spaces I think but parking is tight given the hotel's location. I would add that this would not deter me in future.

2 adults and 2 teens had a perfect stay. If we visit Propriano again we will go for A Stretta again.

Pros: A Stretta is a rather small hotel and the owner was welcoming us upon our arrival. We had a very pleasent stay at the newly renovated hotel. Clean, cosy and spacious rooms. Very friendly host. Breakfast was well served on the terrace. Perfect location on the oceanfront.

Cons: Le check in ne se fait pas avant 15h (je trouve que c'est très tard) et on nous demande de quitter les lieux à 11h max le lendemain. ça fait court pour le prix...
