Single night stay for a couple

Pros: Great mountain and sea views from the balcony! Helpful staff bought us drinks from the cash only vending machine (later charged on the room). A small assistance, but convenient and highly valued.

Excellent pool Great location.

Pros: Location excellent. Infinity pool was beautiful and good size but would benefit from more seating around pool.

Cons: Breakfast was poor so only took for 1 our of our 3 days. Porto had lots of boat trip options so don't just choose the one the hotel promotes. Not a lot to do in Porto other than boat trips, 2 nights would have been enough.

Amazing stay in an amazing place

Pros: Fabulous views of the mountains and sea. Short stroll down to the main area of town. Staff were exceptional. Balcony overlooking the pool area.

Good value for money in a perfect location.

Pros: Very nice location and view on the sea. We had a spacious room with balcony and a small kitchenette. Close to restaurants at the port.

Cons: The bathroom only had a tub and no shower. When showering in the tub the floor on the bathroom got wet.

Amazing place to see Porto, and enjoy the pool.

Pros: The views from the balcony, great swimming pool with nice lounge beds, and size of the (upgraded) room. And within walking distance from restaurants.

Cons: Rooms were a bit outdated and with some clear wear and tear, but clean. In the middle of the night someone was smoking near our airconditioning which filled the entire room with cigarette smoke smell.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay in Porto

Pros: Nice view from the room / terrace. Quiet location at the back of the building. Short walk to the port. Nice pool, despite being end of October we could still use the facilities. Room facilities were according to the pictures. Friendly staff. At this time of the year parking in front of the hotel was free of charge.

Cons: The room / certain furniture could be upgraded. Tea/coffee facilities would be nice. Nothing major.

Very good Hotel needing minor improvements.

Pros: Very clean hotel. Just a few minutes easy walk to the centre of Porto and harbour with numerous restaurants. Lovely garden and swimming pool. Very nice cleaning ladies. Good sized room with lovely balcony overlooking garden. Nice breakfast buffet but see below. Have given a mark of 8 but would have been higher had it not been for the 2 issues below.

Cons: Shower over large corner bath was positioned in such a way that water flooded the floor. The bath either needs a shower curtain or an adjustable bracket so the shower head can be pointed downwards. We had breakfast one morning(Sunday 14th May). The selection was very good as was the quality. However the breakfast room is quite small and the tables were not cleared which meant that new guests were greeted by a scene of table after table full of dirty crockery and left over breakfast debris. Is there anything worse? What made it worse was the manageress( we think) could see what it was like and did absolutely nothing to clear or tidy up-- in fact when some guests complained there was no space, she directed them to a little table surrounded by dirty tables. She was obviously clueless about customer service.!!

Pros: Excellent view towards the mountains. The place is close to the beach but also close to many points were you can do hikes. Staff was warm and helpfull .

Pros: L’accueil super gentille. L’emplacement , la simplicité d’accès parking etc, la vu de la chambre. La chambre était très grande

Everything about Costa Rossa was excellent - the rooms, the breakfast, and a close by EV charger.

Pros: Costa Rossa was an excellent place for us to stay in Porto. The rooms were very nice, the location was great and the breakfast was terrific. There was an EV charger within 100 yards of the hotel.
