Le Marina

Pros: Great location, easy walk to Porta Ota, but nice and quiet. Good swimming pool and comfortable room. Lovely views from room.. Overall, we were very pleased we chose to stay at this hotel.

Cons: Needs some tlc, especially outside the hotel, weeding the patio, surface the carpark etc.

Cons: Rooms are a little noisy due to 1980s concrete construction of the hotel (like all hotels in Porto Ota). But not overly intrusive.

Pros: View from my bedroom of the sea and the mountains! Friendly staff. Useful parking area. Good location just 5 minutes walk from the port. Great swimming pool.

Cons: There was no bar service. The room was comfortable but a little out of date

Cons: Breakfast seemed a little overpriced, we went to the port to the café and got simlar for almoat half a price. But if you'd like to enjoy breakfast right at the hotel and on very nice tereqce with nice view, the i guess it's appropriate choice to have it at the hotel

Lovely quiet hotel with amazing mountain views.

Pros: Nice, clean and comfortable room with amazing view on mountains and river. Very close to the beach and center of Porto with many restaurants and shops.

Cons: It would be perfect if the room has a small fridge.

Pros: The hotel is located just 5 min away from the marina, in the vicinity of many good restaurants; yet it's a very quiet area. The view from the rooms is of the surrouding mountains. The rooms have balconies where everyone can enjoy their privacy since there are solid walls on each side. Room temperature is pleasantly cool even in the summer heat

Cons: The wifi was down. A fridge and a kettle would have been nice to have in the room.

Pros: The hotel is located in a very nice spot between mountains and sea with nice view on both from the room's balcony. The old town of Porto with all the restaurants is within walking distance, as well as the beach.

Cons: One should be aware of the cats surrounding the hotel (only outside). The hotel's owner takes good care of them, they even had kittens at the time of our visit. The cats stay passively in the background and do not harass the visitors at all! For us it was even a positive add-on ;) We explored the official roads towards North (Galeria, Calvi), South (Piana, Cargese) and East (Corte) with our car. They provide magnificent views. However in each and every direction, they are narrow some times. That is no issue for decently practiced car-drivers and is written in every traveller's guidebook. But if you are a fresh owner of your new driver's licence, be aware that Corsica in general and Porto in detail is not the best playground for you.
