Hôtel A Madonetta

Lovely short stay at a clean and friendly hotel. It had everything we needed for a short stay and location was great for

Pros: The location is terrific particularly if you are driving into Bonifacio. Very easy to access and parking available at the front of the hotel.

Pros: The hotel is a 3 minute walk away from the harbour, and 15 minutes walk from the upper old town. The private parking turned out to be free of charge :-) - and there are even 3 charging stations (however I could only get one to work) also free of charge - what a nice surprice :-).

Good place for a short stay to explore Bonifacio but service not great.

Pros: Good location for exploring Bonifacio close to the port .Extensive parking in front of and underneath hotel. Small room but good facilities including air conditioning and bathroom with bath.

Cons: The staff were particularly unhelpful and not interested in assisting with a minor problem with the room .

Clean sizeable room, walking distance to centre of Bonaficio

Pros: Great location, functional and clean room & bathroom which was plenty big enough. Good value for money considering the area!

Cons: There was nothing wrong with the hotel. It is not luxurious but you wouldn’t expect this for the price

Hotel with free parking next to the harbor

Pros: Location and free parking were the main reasons to pick this hotel. It was perfect in this regard. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

Cons: The elevator was noisy, squeaking when going up and down. The tv didn’t work.

Nice hotel

Pros: Ground floor room was ideal as we had motorcycle luggage to carry in

Pros: Location was great, very close to a supermarket and small Italian place with great pizza right next to parking lot. Tea making dacility in the room. Generally would recommend it for a stay in Bonifacio.

Cons: Rooms quite simple, no socket in the bathroom for a shaver. Recepionist didn't speak English, but that's no surprise in Corsica. We didn't buy breakfast-seemed pretty expensive (18 euro per person) when there is Spar one minute away.

Really lovely place and close to all the restaurants and attractions

Pros: Loved my balcony, the bath and the size of the room. The lady at reception was lovely and helpful

A comfortable spot to spend our two days in Bonifacio.

Pros: The hotel is very central, walking distance from supermarkets, the harbour and shopping area. The room was nice and spacious with a comfortable balcony. We chose not to have breakfast in the hotel.

Cons: When checking in and on the day after (Sunday) the (very) young staff wasn’t able to give me any information on busses to the airport. By Sunday evening and older gentleman behind the counter was able to confirm where we could get the bus to the airport the next morning.

Pros: Location was great, 2 mins to the harbour The on site parking was also great.Excellent family room with mezzanine level.

Cons: The young man on reception should go on a hospitality training course or maybe get a job that doesn't involve dealing with people.!!....worst check in experience ever....
