Appartement Résidence Salin Bay

Fantastic

Pros: This appartment is absolutely fantastic. It is inside lovely private complex with pool and playground for the children. You can use the pool. Big terrace with great view to the complex and surrounding mountains, modern and very comfortable. It is just 10 minutes away from the Marina by foot and you have bus stop in front with free shuttle to go to the centre of Porto Vechio. Also a big supermarket Auchan just accross the complex. Free parking as well at the site, inside the complex. All the beaches Santa Giulia, Palombaggia and Rondinara are just 15-20 mins by car. Very accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

Pros: La résidence est calme, l'appartement très propre et très bien équipé, la literie confortable, le parking au pied de l'immeuble, étant fin Octobre nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine.

Cons: Bien que cela était spécifié dans l'annonce, nous avons été surpris du prix de la taxe de séjour 5,5€ par personne et par jour donc 44€ pour 4 jours à payer en espèces et sans reçu.

Dchöne Wohnung in top Lage.

Pros: Sehr gepflegte Ferienappartments und Swimmingpool in eigens abgeschlossener Anlage. Zu Fuß gleich in der Nähe der Hafenpromenade und trotzdem in 15-20 min in der Altstadt. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung und freundliche Kommunikation.

Cons: Leider keine Fliegengitter bei den Fenstern, so wie in ganz Korsika.

Mooi appartement

Pros: Mooi, groot en schoon appartement. Grote bedden en dubbele airco. Prima keuken en heel groot balkon. Zwembad werd elke ochtend schoongemaakt en zag er keurig uit, ook hygiënisch. Er waren voldoende lig-bedjes.

Cons: Vaatwasser was stuk.

Pros: De tudo, incluindo localização, limpeza, conforto e simpatia da anfitriã.

Confortable et bien situé

Pros: Piscine extraordinaire et peu fréquentée en cette saison, alentours sauvages idéal pour des balades, centre-ville et port très proche.

Cons: Pas de savon ni shampooing, pas de tire-bouchon. Pas de rampe d'accès à l'immeuble, difficile d'entrer avec une poussette.

Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage war sehr gut. Gerne wieder!

Pros: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es braucht lediglich ca. 10 Minuten um entweder im Hafen oder in der Oberstadt zu sein. Die Appartements sind rund um einen großen Pool errichtet, der natürlich auch genutzt werden konnte.

Cons: Die Anlage ist noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt. Weitere Appartements sind im Bau. Der Baulärm hielt sich dabei aber völlig in Grenzen. Es störte aber - abgesehen von der Optik - nicht wirklich.

Prima appartement

Pros: Leuk appartement in een omheind complex met eigen, groot zwembad. In 10 minuten loop je naar de haven, of je neemt de gratis shuttle de berg op naar het oude stadscentrum (flinke klim!). Welkom door Marie is hartelijk en gastvrij. We konden de auto laten staan totdat we met de boot weggingen.

Cons: De afzuiginstallatie is niet bepaald stil en qua verlichting mag er wel een schemerlamp komen, want de plafondlampen zijn wel heeeel erg fel.

Pros: L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes spacieux très bien équipé très propre un grand balcon vu sur la piscine jardin. Les propriétaires sont sympa.

Cons: RAS
