Pros: Belle vue avec terrasse couverte presque à l'ombre toute la journée et appatement récent avec place de parking intérieur bien apprécié.Quartier sympa!

Cons: Manque de table basse pour les canapés.

Pros: L emplacement super. L appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les îles Sanguinaires Accueil sympathique, avec présents. Pas d'etat des lieux entrant tout semblait basée sur la confiance réciproque.

Cons: Sentiment de suspicion sur un impact du mur de la loggia avec une chaise longue en bois pour infos l impact existant est de la couleur du crépi! Idem pour la porte d entrée sur le mur (manque un butoir de porte) Dommage, cela nous a laissé un goût d amertume. Garderons malgres tout un bon souvenir . L idéal un état des lieux entrant sans négliger aucun détail
