Splendide sejour dans un excellent appartement tres bien equipe!

Pros: L’emplacement, l’environnement, la vue de la mer sur le balcon! Pratiquement tout!

Cons: La panne generale du Wifi dans les environs. Mais le personnel de Immo Corse a ete tres efficace é nous fournissant un Domino Orange, bien fonctionnel

Adresse à conserver pour tout séjour sur Ajaccio.

Pros: Ce logement spacieux, confortable, propre est bien situé sur la route des Sanguinaires. Tout le nécessaire ménager, électroménager, télévisuel y est, il est équipé par des appareils de qualité. Climatisation au salon et dans les 2 chambres. La vue de la terrasse est superbe. le stationnement y est très aisé. Calme malgré des travaux à côté ( donc temporaire), il représente une adresse à retenir sans hésiter. De plus beaucoup de plages à proximité. Récupération des clefs très facile en boite à clefs à l'agence. On pourrait y vivre sans difficulté à l'année mais il faut bien rentrer chez soi.

Cons: Dépôt d'une caution alors qu'il n'y a pas d'état des lieux ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ.
