studio cosy centre ville

Pros: This apartment was a really good find! Perfectly located in the middle of town, short walk from the train station and ferry port. Impeccably clean, beautifully equipped.....it had everything you could need, even tea, coffee and sugar! Host was very accommodating with an early check-in, and the procedure was very simple. It's located on the 4th floor with no lift, so you have to be a bit fit for the 72 steps, but don't let it put you off. It's gorgeous inside. We really appreciated all the facilities.

They deserve a better rating

Pros: The studio is really nice and exceptionally well located, especially for an early morning ferry! It really does feel like you have your own little nest in the heart of the city. The washing machine is a big plus and it was a nice surprise to find the detergent already provided. The self check-in/out is straightforward and easy.

Cons: I honestly don't think it deserves its low rating at all, people just give it bad reviews because it's on the 4th floor with no lift and no parking. Which really doesn't matter if you're on foot with a backpack like I was. And if you're not, maybe just go somewhere else? It's a studio in an old town, not a hotel. They also say the stairwell is dirty and dilapidated, but I didn't find it that unusual for an old building, especially in a country like France. Besides, why would you want to hang out in the stairwell anyways? All in all, if you're aware of the shortcomings in advance, there's nothing really wrong with the place.

Wonderful relaxing break right in the heart of the old town.

Pros: A really fabulous location and a well kitted out apartment. Loved it and loved Ajaccio - would love to come back.

Appartement parfaitement équipé

Pros: L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, climatisé. Le lave-linge et le séchoir sont des vrai plus quand on va à la plage tous les jours.

Cons: Les quatre étages à monter à pied à chaque fois, ça pique un peu.

Super séjour ! Je recommande ce logement que je n’hésiterais pas à relouer si je reviens à Ajaccio !

Pros: Nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec ce logement. Il était propre et agréable. La clim est un réel plus ! Tout est conforme à la description et les 4 étages ne nous ont pas gênés.

Séjour professionnel mais appartement idéal pour une courte ou longue durée

Pros: L’appartement est idéalement placé dans la rue fesch, l’hôte a été très agréable et de grand conseil. Toutes les informations ont été fournies afin de disposer d’une arrivée en toute autonomie.

Pros: Au cœur du centre ville, des monuments et à côté du port

Buon soggiorno

Pros: Posizione centrale, appartamento ben fornito di tutti gli strumenti per cucinare e lavare. Presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie veramente gradita.

Cons: Condominio decadente, ma dettaglio non rilevante. La mattina presto molti rumori provenienti dalla strada.
