Domaine de Pacciolello - Porticcio

Pros: The quality of the apartment, parking and relative proximity to lovely beaches, restaurants and supermarket.

Cons: The view from the balcony onto a building development and the hassle of security deposit payment.

I had a quiet stay in the apartment and visited quiet lovely beaches around.

Pros: We liked the area, quiet neighbourhood, parking is free outside apartment. The apartment had a lovely outdoor space, it was the reason we chose this one. It has the major appliances, big fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. good size shower (no bathtub). The room was ok and kitchen as well. sofa ok. Air conditioning very good. I recommend this for a couple max, not for 4 people. Overall I had a nice stay (5 nights)

Cons: The door entry code system is very stressful, the code was not working on arrival, we had to be in touch over phone message. Response was quick. But the door system is not straight forward, should have clear instructions in English as well, also saying the door needs to be closed properly otherwise the code does not work. The boiler of the apartment is noisy (and located in a closet in the kitchen) and the fridge is just next the sofa, so who ever sleeps in the sofa bed will not sleep well because of the noise. The sofa bed is not comfortable as well. Only ok for a kid maybe,but not for long. There is an issue with the ants (ground floor apartment) even if you are very meticulous with cleaning ants are always coming in the kitchen area.

Pros: L'appartement était très accueillant et très pratique. Belle terrasse. Équipements fonctionnels sauf la TV.

Cons: La connexion très instable pour la TV

Appartement très confortable

Pros: Excellente communication via Booking et mail et qualité de l’appartement

Cons: Pas de lumière dans l’impasse et pas de poubelles à proximité

Très bel appartement à proximité des plages belles d'Ajaccio

Pros: Très bel appartement, au calme, à proximité de Porticcio et des très belles plages du golfe d'Ajaccio. Très bien équipé, place de parking à proximité, très confortable.

Cons: Espaces extérieurs non entretenus dans notre chambre Rose Tendresse, c'est dommage car l'appartement à l'intérieur est très bien. Gestion de la location impersonnelle (tout par mail ou téléphone), pendant les 10 jours de notre séjour nous n'aurons vu ou salué ni l'hôte qui nous a logé ni le service de conciergerie qui gère l'établissement.

Pros: Appartement agréable, lumineux, avec une terrasse très sympa.

Cons: La WiFi fonctionne vraiment mal! Le routeur ne suffit pas...

Klidné místo

Pros: Ubytování na klidném místě, čisté, pohodlné, prostorné s velkou terasou a vlastním parkovacím místem. Relativně blízko jsou krásné pláže a v Porticcio obchod Carrefour. Snad by se k moři do obchodu nebo restaurace dalo dojít i pěšky, ale nezkoušeli jsme to.

Cons: Nic zásadního.

Notre séjour était parfait et reposant. Dommage que les voisins du dessus manquaient de respect

Pros: L’endroit est vraiment très calme et agréable. L’appartement était vraiment superbe.

Cons: Les voisins du dessus qui courraient ou déplaçaient des chaises à longueur de journée et tard le soir.

Pros: Emplacement, literie, joliment décoré et confortable. Bien équipé

Cons: Propreté des housses de chaises et plantes extérieures non entretenues Invasion de fourmis dans les placards

Bella struttura peccato per l'esterno

Pros: L'appartamento era ben organizzato, pulito e dotato di vari comfort

Cons: Le parti comuni esterne ed il terrazzo non erano ben tenute. Ci sono parecchi nidi di rondini che sporcano notevolmente il terrazzo e l'ingresso della casa. Questa è stata la cosa che ci è piaciuto meno.
