Pros: Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Villa Felicita. Das Haus selbst und auch der Garten/Poolbereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist neu, geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Schöne Bäder, große Küche, gute Küchengeräte, grosser Kühlschrank in der Küche und ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank mit Freezer im angrenzenden Vorratsraum, Waschmaschine. Outdoor alles was man braucht: Großer Esstisch, zwei Sonnenschirme, Aussendusche, großer Gasgrill, Loungebereich und Liegen, schöner Pool und neu angelegter Garten, es gibt sogar eine Boule/Petanque-Bahn. Eine Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich/Küche, zusätzlich haben alle 4 Schlafzimmer jeweils eine eigene Klimaanlage (alle 5 Klimaanlagen kann man einzeln steuern). Elektrisches Tor, wir haben unsere 3 Autos auf dem Grundstück geparkt, auch für ein viertes Auto ist ausreichend Platz.

Cons: Die Villa liegt in einem schönen Wohngebiet, in dem mehrere Villen ähnlicher Bauweise neu errichtet wurden. Als wir da waren, waren an einigen Häusern noch Bauaktivitäten im Gange.
