Pros: Good location, lovely host, no aircon but can sleep with window open, nice terrace to eat at with table and chairs, wifi not strong at all, 5 minute walk from nice boulangerie, supermarket and beach. The pillows on the bed are a bit long and weird but kind of ok. They do not provide bed sheets, so you must bring your own.
