Lovely

Pros: We loved A Mandria appartements, not far from the town but close to our hiking points and the river. We never had a problem to park our car down the street.

Cons: The living room in the two bedroom house was not air conditioned. The owner prefers to communicate in french, but the information about arrival came in perfect english, so no worries

Pros: Quiet, comfortable and good location - on Restonica trail, 5 min walk to center and an easy 15 min walk from train station.

Australia 🇦🇺

Good to relax and stay in one place for 3 days. Very scenic area.

Pros: Nice separate unit. Courtyard was very inviting fo drinks or meals. More of a studio with a little kitchen. Apartment to us means a seperate living room if one of you stays up late or gets up earlier in the morning you do not disturb your partner.

Cons: For those of us from America or Australia there should be more information on how to work the door locks and the AC. Perhaps more soap & TP if you have guests spending 3 + nights. One chair was very rickety. Needs repair. Otherwise the unit has been tastefully renovated and very stylish. Be careful the electrical outlets in the kitchen will pop out. If you arrive without food at the 4 pm checkin time (very firm) you will need to go uphill to the SPAR for supplies right away.

A good place to stay if visiting Corte. Very authentic.

Pros: Very cozy place situated between the mountains. A short walk to the old city centre. You could cool down in the river nearby.

Cons: A foul sewerage smell in the morning in the bathroom and outside of the house. Parking is a bit away from the house so you’ll have to walk a few hundred meters to park. But you can unload you luggage at the house.

Gezellige, ommuurde en rustige plek vlak bij het historisch centrum van Corte.

Pros: Gunstig gelegen appartement (die van ons gelijkvloers beneden) op een privé-terrein, rondom een gezellige gemeenschappelijke tuin/patio. Met het oude en heel fraaie centrum en de beroemde citadel van Corte op loopafstand. Het geheel ligt aan de oorspronkelijke toegangsweg naar de kloof van Restonica: maar deze is sinds zomer vorig jaar niet meer met eigen auto te bereiken door allerlei grondverschuivingen. Wel rijden er 4x4 taxibusjes: hebben wij niet gedaan. De foto's van het appartement geven de werkelijkheid goed weer: schoon, redelijk compleet en functioneel. Goed bed, eenvoudige keuken. Parkeren is op de openbare weg, die vrij smal is en dus door die 4x4 busjes ook wordt gebruikt, dus dat is soms even zoeken om een 'veilige' plek voor je auto te vinden. In de tuin zijn verschillende zitjes, voldoende schaduwplekken en een gezellige ommuurde sfeer.

Cons: Tip: wat kussens voor op de tuinmeubelen zou prettig zijn.

Pros: Appartement bien situé au pied de la vieille ville, très propre, décoré avec soin. Rien ne manquait. Seul bémol,comme tout le monde, il manque une place de parking attenante. En cette période, nous avons pu nous garer à moins de 500 mètres. Je recommande.

Tolle Aussicht, gute Lage!

Pros: Wir konnten auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf Citadelle und Altstadt frühstücken. Auch der kleine blumenreiche Innenhof ist traumhaft schön! Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und schön renoviert. Man ist tatsächlich in 5-10 Minuten in der Mitte der Altstadt, allerdings geht es steil bergauf. Die Wohnungen liegen am Beginn des Restonica-Tals (bis ins obere Tal hinein kann man mit einem Shuttlebus fahren, der vorher im Internet bezahlt werden muss).

Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche ist leider nicht so gut. Es gibt z. B. eine Salatschleuder (!), aber keine Schüssel, um einen Salat zu machen. Ein größerer Topf wäre schön gewesen. Und es gibt nichts, um das Waschbecken zu verschließen. Aber mit all diesen Dingen kann man leben…

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ideal. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich nochmal deren Hilfsbereitschaft und Unterstützung bei unserer Autopanne. Vielen Dank! Gerne kommen wir wieder vorbei…
