Pros: If you would search for the definition of 'Jérome' (the host), the dictionary would say: 'hospitality'. We've had a great stay at this beautiful place and we would recommend everyone to go there, enjoy the views and a have a lovely breakfast and/or dinner.

Just perfect!

Pros: We loved everything about this place. The stunning views, the exceptional food, the friendliness of Jerome and his daughter, the animals (Simond, Jessie, Hermione and the goats). You just have to visit this place, and we hope to come back!

A sublime little place on earth !

Pros: This gorgeous house is run by a sympathetic host who is incredibly proud of his inheritance as he has rebuilt his ancestors ruin into a beautifully furnished mansion with an attractive swimming pool that suits the environment. The whole entourage is tastfully decorated, also the garden and the separate space created for dinners or other time sharing is very inviting with much shade and lovely decorations. I very much enjoyed the company of the several animals around, this whole place is a small corner of paradise !

Cons: Nothing, being here was a privilege ! Thank you Jérôme for letting us share your small paradise.

Not just a stay, but an unique experience

Pros: We had an amazing time at Jerome’s wonderful property! It was not just a stay but an unique experience we will remember for forever! The room was very nice and clean, the whole property is super relaxing and beautiful filled with a warm & positive vibration and Jerome was an amazing host! We really recommend to stay here, (the photos doesn’t do justice! ) :)

Cons: We are only sad that we booked only 1 night here!

Beautiful and delicious.

Pros: The view is magnificent! The food is so delicious! And, Jerome is just so nice, helpful and a great host. Thank you for a lovely stay! The Architecture and History of the place is also unbelievable! Also, the nature and the starry sky!

Cons: I think I would have appreciated pool slippers to go from the pool to the whirlpool to the sauna.

Authentic lodging in a stunning location!

Pros: The lodging is full of in history and character, nestled in a dream location between the mountains and the sea. With breathtaking views from the swimming pool and restaurant, it’s the perfect getaway. Although we only stayed for one night, we cherished every moment. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Porri is a charming little village and its proximity to Bastia Airport is a bonus.

Great! Would definitely recommend it. I would come back if I can.

Pros: Great location with views of the sea and the island of Montecristo when the sky is clear. Our room had and amazing view of the mountains, I loved it. The swimming is worth trying, the restaurant on site and the amazing hosts.

Cons: I missed some little things like hooks to hang wet towels and it would be nice if the guests are staying more than two days to have some kind of cleaning at least the bathrooms.
