Fabulous hostess

Pros: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly attentive from the very first moment — she met us on the street at night when we were struggling to find the accommodation, which was such a kind gesture. We received a very warm welcome, complete with a lovely basket of fresh homemade produce — the honey was truly exceptional! The apartment itself was amazing, beautifully furnished with charming pieces from the last century that perfectly complemented the atmosphere of the place. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a special and authentic stay.

Cute apartment in Ucciani

Pros: Antonin is very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and as advertised. His aunt who lives upstairs left us a delicious welcome basket on our arrival. Ucciani is a cute little village and there is a welcoming restaurant within a minute's walk from the house. The village is ideally situated for hiking in the mountains and swimming in the sea.

Cons: We didn't use the garden space as it was not really inviting.

Pros: Lovely decorated, very special house, on old villa from ca 1900 with lots of antiques and brocante. Lovely cool garden and great views. Nice village with small shop and restaurant.

Cons: Misquitos and garden is to be shared if the two appartments are rented out.

Pros: Best hosts ever! The (part of the) house is huge! amazing view of the valley and mountains from the balcony. Free parking and easy to find. Fabienne and Antonin are genuinely friendly, helpful, and gave us beer and cookies. They even invited us to the town's yearly party and bought us some drinks there. F&A if you're reading this: thanks again for a great stay, and see you next time.

Cons: Nothing serious. but to mention something: the house and interior are pretty old, which might not be for everyone. Some things are 'nice, vintage-like old' like furniture and decoration (which is good), other things just 'old' like the kitchen and appliances, and the beds. The bathroom has been recently refurbished though, so that's tip top. :)

Pros: De locatie, authentiek huis en een goede hospitality.

Cons: De temperatuur in huis (geen airco)

Pros: Excellent accueil d'Antonin et de sa Tata qui a ont une belle intention a notre arrivée. La maison est tres grande et sympa. Le village est tres bien placé pour des départs de randonnées.

Pros: Maison très propre et décorée avec goût, cadre idyllique. Antonin et Fabienne sont adorables et aux petits soins. Mille mercis ! A prestu ! 😉

Pros: Nous avons adoré le village d'Ucciani. L'endroit était très calme. Antonin a été très flexible quant à notre heure d'arrivée et nous a donnée de très bons conseils! L'appartement est fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes. Le jardin est un réel +! Nous recommandons à 100%

Pros: Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird, selbst darüber hinaus. Wer Luxus sucht, ist hier allerdings fehl am Platz. Housics & Co bietet Gemütlichkeit und die Authentizität eines 100 jährigen Hauses, in dem kleine Abstriche (lose Tür an barocken Küchenschrank, knarrende Geräsche beim schließen der Türen…) gemacht werden müssen, die man aber mit der zuvorkommenden und absolut liebevollen Art ihrer Besitzerin und deren Neffe gern in Kauf nimmt. Uns hat es unglaublich gut gefallen und wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen!

Pros: Super accueil (Merci encore !) Appartement propre, spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé où s’harmonisent naturellement et simplement le charme de l’ancien au confort moderne ;)
