A lovely location and property.

Pros: The location was lovely, with two beaches a short walk away behind the property. It was a 7 minute drive to the local supermarket if you time it well and 25 minutes during the morning and afternoon peak hours. No restaurants nearby, but we ate in each day. The property itself was spacious, simply decorated and located in a nice complex with a swimming pool and gym. Although I never met her, Alice was extremely responsive and helpful via WhatsApp.

Cons: Given the rates charged, it would have been an insignificant cost to have soap/shampoo in the bathrooms, replacement bin liners, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs etc. Not providing basic consumables seem unnecessary penny-pinching. Guests inevitably have to buy these in larger sizes than is necessary for short stays, and throw away the excess, which is not particularly environmentally friendly and put a blemish on an otherwise lovely stay. The hot water was inadequate for 5 people, so one or two of us ended up with a cold shower. Not too much of a problem in the summer heat, but not great and in cooler weather a problem. Another odd thing was the door to the balcony (which was very large and well set up), did not have a handle on the outside, which meant you either had to leave it open or struggle to open it again.

Luxusní moderní ubytování s bazénem (za přiměřenou cenu pokud jedete na začátku sezóny).

Pros: Luxusní, moderní a prostorné ubytování na krásném místě v zahradě. Kvalitní vybavení. Dostatek úložných prostorů. Velmi pěkný bazén. Pěší dostupnost pláže.

Cons: Při inzerování ubytování by mělo být zdůrazněno, že jedna ložnice je oddělená od zbytku rezidence (má samostatný vchod). Cena v sezóně je vysoká.

Toller Aufenthalt in schöner Überbauung und viel Platz in Standnähe.

Pros: Super Lage, tolle Unterkunft! Zu Fuss nur ca. 15min von Fautea Strand entfernt. Ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt mit schöner Bepflanzung & Pool. Obwohl nahe an der Strasse sehr ruhig. Die Betreuung durch Alice war sehr gut und als wir ein Problem hatten, ging es keine 10 Minuten bis der Techniker/Abwart da war.

Cons: Im EG hatte es einen leichten Abwasser Geruch, welcher mit offenen Fenster aber begegent werden konnte. Die Küche ist eher sparsam aber Zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Pros: Emplacement idéal. Cadre agréable avec accès facile à la plage Piscine chauffée Les commodités sont top - le sauna hélas ne marchait pas mais le climat ne s’y prêtait pas trop donc ce n’était pas bien grave Appartement super bien aménagé avec goût Très bon accueil d’Alice
