APPARTEMENT DUPLEX PORTICCIO Centre

Nice appartment conveniently situated

Pros: The complex is very pleasant and the location is amazing close by the beach, bars and restaurants. I understood that the appartment had been redone the year before. There is as well the complex swimming pool with an attached bar and restaurant. From the balcony you can see the sea from a distance. the appartment was very clean, and thanks god for the airco. Though the appartment is advertised for 2 to 4 persons, I would recommend it for 2 people. for 4 persons, it is very small, as 2 need to sleep in the living room and the other rooms is actually upstairs in a mezzanine setting. The owner of the appartment was very nice, easy going, welcoming.

Cons: There is a very nice balcony but overwhelmed by bird nests. this could be very charming is they would not poe and if it would not fall on the floor which made the usage of half of the balcony impossible.

Cons: ras
