Pros: Only place trying to get more quarantees (30 euros), or keeping 500 euros waiting in case of damages.

Pros: -Comfortable and cosy appartment It's great that you have some cooking supplies ready for you (olive oil, some herbs etc.)

Cons: - deposit is a bit high - a lot of communication and reminders of the agency via e-mail, whatsapp etc, To me it did not seem necessary , we only staid for 2 nights and 1 e-mail should be enough to inform people about check out times and extra rules.

Bel appartement spacieux et bien situé

Pros: Bel appartement spacieux, propre, bien équipé, bien placé pour se rendre à pied à Ajaccio

Cons: Appartement un peu sonore avec les voisins du dessus mais autrement rien à redire

Un bon séjour correspondant à notre besoin

Pros: Bon emplacement mais situé un peu loin du bord de mer à pied

We’d stay here again without hesitation.

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning worked a treat. Lovely to sit out on the balcony however be warned you are 8 stories high which might not suit everyone. (There is a lift in the building). The hosts were helpful, easily available and attentive.

Cons: It was a little further to the old town than we had expected. Approx 35 minute walk in the heat was a bit much! However, there are places to park nearby and parking is relatively cheap.

Cons: Pas bcp de vaisselle Pas moyen de faire fonctionner la TV Le canapé lit d'1 personne vraiment inconfortable ou pour un enfant. Le système à code pour la porte d'entrée de l'appartement n'est pas au point

Modernes, stylisches Appartment

Pros: Stylisches Appartment, alles sehr sauber und modern - es fehlte an nichts, sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Am besten gefiel mir die Senseo-Kaffeemaschine 😅. Der Balkon war wirklich riesig und sehr lauschig am Abend - ich bekam dort einen Heiratsantrag, also wird mir das Appartment ewig in Erinnerung bleiben 😉.

Cons: Der Verkehr ist ziemlich laut, vor allem weil die Straße sehr gerade verläuft und es anscheinend Autofahrer animiert, Need for Speed nachzuspielen.

Pros: Es war alles sehr gut und unkompliziert organisiert. Die Ausstattung und Größe der Wohnung optimal. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet). Ein großer Balkon mit Weitblick. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Cons: Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden. Die Lage nicht so optimal.

Pros: Foi perfeito, bastante espaço, perto de tudo, muito bem equipado! Recomendo muito!

Cons: Acústico ruim, ouvíamos muito o vizinho

Pros: Super appartement bien agencé. Déco tendance et propre. Tout est très bien expliqué. Très bien équipé. Pratique pour stationner.

Cons: Un peu juste en couvert quand on aime cuisiné et la clim de la chambre bruyante (petit couinement), je pense que c'est provisoire. Appartement plus conçu pour 2 personnes.
