A Great Stay in the Heart of Old Ajuccio
Pros: If you want to experience apartment living on a pedestrian street this is perfect. Great view and super handy to market, port/eateries, and tourist spots. The Fesch library and art museum and chapel are 2 minutes walk from the front door. The apartment was super-clean and generously equipped.
Cons: Nothing can be done about this but there are four flights of narrow stairs to tackle to and from the apartment. No lift available. We were fine with this because we are fit and only have small backpacks.

Great first time visit
Pros: The location, decor and amienties of the apartment are great. The owner is very attentive and there for any needs. The apartment is really nice and so is the city, hopefully I'll return again soon.
Cons: The only downside is the steepness of the stairs, which is not the fault of the owner, as nothing can be done.

Pros: Really nice renovated and equipped apartment, definety in the center of ajaccio near so many restaurants bars, stores. The owner keeps continuous communication and is available if you need anything. In the apartment you will find washer and dryer, kitchen stove, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and other kitchen utensils. So comfortable after spending days changing cities in the island. They provide clean towels and bedsheets and lots of mini treats such as shampoos body lotions into the bathroom area and cookies and coffee capsules in the kitchen area. Great hospitality and best value for money Appartement.
Cons: The room is at 4th floor which we didn't mind but the staircase is very old and a bit dangerous and should be changed immediately, maybe if all owners agree to put the budget for renovation. Overall in the apartment with some focus on the cleaning and small renovations this is one the best value for money places in the center.

Pros: Location right in the city center! Loads of facilities and spacious!
Cons: The steep stairs could use an automatic light on the ground floor and first floor. The toilet is in the bedroom with no separate door.

Pros: Endroit facile d’accès à pied. Près de la rue commerçante. Appartement tout équipé donc super bien pour un petit séjour en famille. Très belle expérience :) appartement conforme aux photos. Les informations ont été très claires, net et précises.
Cons: L’appartement est situé au 4e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

Parfait
Pros: Nous sommes restés une semaine. L'emplacement était parfait, à proximité de tout et des transports en commun. La literie était très confortable et les équipements de l'appartement étaient vraiment bien ! Nous avions des kits de toilettes et des chaussons qui étaient fournis également. La concierge était disponible et à l'écoute. C'était parfait !

Pros: Удобное местоположение, на главной пешеходной улице, рядом с причалом, до пляжа 10 минут пешком. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. Приемлемая стоимость проживания.
Cons: Очень крутая и узкая лестница на 4 этаж (могут возникнуть сложности с подъемом багажа). В этот объекте стирают кухонные полотенца вместе с половой тряпкой, это я обнаружила когда открыла стиральную машину, сушильная машина тоже была забита бельем . Кровать не удобная .

Pros: Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’appartement est impeccable, décoré avec goût et pensé dans les moindres détails pour offrir un confort optimal. Tout est mis en place par l’hôte afin que le séjour se déroule à merveille : propreté irréprochable, équipements pratiques et ambiance chaleureuse. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre d’Ajaccio, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville à pied. Une adresse que je recommande vivement et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
